Terms and Conditions

Draft terms for the use of ProjectPlan.life.

Last updated 15 October 2026

1. Scope and service provider

These proposed terms cover ProjectPlan.life, including its Business and Personal tools, AI features and connected services. “Provider” means the legal entity operating ProjectPlan.life, to be identified before these terms take effect. No effective date or governing jurisdiction is established by this draft.

Users acting for an organisation must have authority to do so. A separately signed service agreement takes priority over these terms where it expressly conflicts with them.

2. Accounts and security

Give accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts and permissions you are authorised to use. You are responsible for your own actions and for access you knowingly authorise, subject to applicable law. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly through the Provider’s designated support contact once supplied.

3. Business, household and shared access

Organisation owners and admins manage Business membership and permissions. Household owners and members manage Personal access and calendar sharing within the available controls. A Business role does not itself grant access to someone’s household, private email or private meetings.

Only invite people you are authorised to invite. Review access levels before sharing, assigning responsibilities or uploading sensitive information. An assignment or invitation does not establish another person’s consent or acceptance.

4. AI outputs and your decisions

AI summaries, urgency ratings, recommendations and generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. Independently verify important information, recipients, dates, permissions and proposed actions before relying on them. AI output is not a guarantee of results.

Review-gated actions require your approval; other features, such as connected-service sync and enabled notifications, may run automatically. You remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you authorise, subject to applicable law.

5. No professional advice or emergency service

ProjectPlan.life is an organisational tool, not a medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional service. It is not designed for emergency response, clinical diagnosis, live safety monitoring or other safety-critical reliance. Health, medication, care, calendar and reminder features do not replace qualified professional advice or independent safeguards.

For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency services. Do not rely solely on ProjectPlan.life to ensure a person’s safety, attendance, medication use or completion of a responsibility.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content you have no right to share.
  • Do not try to reach another organisation's or household's data.
  • Do not use ProjectPlan.life for anything unlawful or harmful.
  • Do not impersonate others, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.
  • Do not upload another person’s sensitive information without a lawful basis and any necessary permissions.

7. Your content and privacy

You and other rights holders retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant the Provider only the rights necessary to host, process and display that content to operate ProjectPlan.life in accordance with your settings and the Privacy notice. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content or authorise its sale.

You must have the necessary rights to upload and share content. The Privacy notice describes how information is handled; these terms do not waive statutory privacy rights or the Provider’s legal data-protection obligations.

8. Connected services and availability

Google and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Connections may fail, expire, change or become unavailable. Sync, reminders, notifications and AI output may be delayed, duplicated, incomplete or unavailable; keep independent records or safeguards for important commitments.

You can disconnect supported services through the app. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for independent third-party acts, outages or changes outside its reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility that the law requires the Provider to retain.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProjectPlan.life and its AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Provider does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results or that every deadline, conflict or risk will be detected.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider and its officers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use ProjectPlan.life.

Subject to the exceptions below and any overriding signed agreement, the Provider’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amounts you or your organisation paid the Provider for ProjectPlan.life during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. For unpaid use, this proposed limitation is zero only where legally enforceable; otherwise applicable mandatory law controls.

No provision excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law prohibits exclusion, or any other liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Non-waivable consumer and data-protection rights remain intact.

11. Personal liability of representatives

Where ProjectPlan.life is supplied by an identified legal entity, the proposed service contract is with that entity, not with Sohail Hassan personally or with its other founders, officers, employees or agents. To the extent permitted by law, no representative assumes personal contractual liability merely by operating or supporting the service.

This clause does not create a separate legal entity, protect a person from their own unlawful conduct, waive a personal guarantee or remove liability imposed directly by law. The operating entity must be confirmed before this protection can be relied upon.

12. Business indemnity

For Business use only, and to the extent permitted by law, the contracting organisation agrees to indemnify the Provider against third-party claims and reasonable, documented defence costs arising from the organisation’s unlawful use, infringement through content it supplies or material breach of these terms. This does not cover claims caused by the Provider’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

The Provider must give prompt notice of a claim, allow a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence and not agree a settlement imposing obligations on the organisation without its consent. This clause does not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.

13. Ending use, changes and enforceability

You can stop using ProjectPlan.life and request account deletion through Settings. Business records may remain with your organisation as described in the Privacy notice. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use or a material security risk, subject to applicable law and any signed agreement.

Before these terms become effective, the Provider must identify its legal name, contact details, applicable jurisdiction and effective date, and establish an appropriate notice and acceptance process. Material future changes should be communicated before they take effect as required by law. Merely displaying this draft does not record your acceptance.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law. No provision overrides mandatory rights or an applicable court’s authority.
