Privacy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, title, photo and the Business and Personal roles you choose.
• What you and your team add: products, projects, tasks, decisions, documents, expenses and receipts.
• If you connect Google: calendar events, meeting notes and the last seven days of email, used only to show and organise them for you.
• Personal life details you add: household members, events, tasks and care information.
• Phone alert registrations, if you turn on notifications.

How it is used

Only to run ProjectPlan.life for you: showing your work, preparing briefings, suggesting actions and sending the alerts you ask for. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

• Business records: people in your organisation, according to their role.
• Meetings, transcripts and email: only you, unless you share.
• Personal life: only the household members and caregivers you invite, limited to what you allow.
• Service providers listed on the Security page, only to run the app.

How long it is kept

Data is kept while your account is active. Your company admin can set meeting transcripts to clear automatically. Disconnecting Google stops any new imports.

Your choices

• Edit your details in Settings → My details.
• Disconnect Google Calendar or Gmail at any time.
• Delete your account in Settings → Account. This removes your personal data. If you are the only member of a home or organisation, that is removed as well.
• Company admins can export Business data from Settings → Admin.
